Genevieve is the co-founder of Chepstow Art Space. She is a very experienced painter and decorator, with a passion for designing new spaces and bringing them to life.
Genevieve also works together with Julio Franco to create bespoke furniture and fittings.

About Genevieve
Genevieve started her career as a painter and decorator in London over 20 years ago, after studying art and design at college. With a keen interest in interior design and garden landscaping her work has allowed her to help hundreds of people transform their living spaces, whether indoor or outdoor.
“I enjoy the alchemy of transforming spaces with colour and watching tired rooms and houses come back to life to satisfy the people living in them.“
Through her work, Genevieve has found it an enriching experience to see unique homes and meeting many types of people all with a shared interest in making their home beautiful. She truly believes the environment we live in has a huge effect on us mentally and emotionally, and this is something that drives many of her more recent interior design projects.
Her work is also influenced by a passion for the outdoors, something that she has taken further with by studying forestry and arboriculture in 2012. She often uses colours and textures from nature in her designs.
Genevieve often works together with experienced carpenter Julio Franco, combining their skills to design and create beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces and develop unique furniture and fittings.
