We’ve been wanting to bring Mr Tea & The Minions to Chepstow for a while now. And when we finally made it happen, we may have done a little dance in the office.

If you’ve never seen them — picture this. A double female fronted band drawing on Balkan Folk, Ska, Dub and Gypsy Jazz, playing with so much energy and joy that the room has absolutely no choice but to go with them. They’ve played Glastonbury, Boomtown, WOMAD and Shambala. The Independent called their live show “a bouncing set — it’s impossible not to get involved.” Swingamajig Festival said it was “one of the best performances we have ever seen.”
And honestly? We believe them.

This is a band that treats every person in the room as a co-conspirator. They dance wildly, play hard and bring everyone with them. It is going to be an absolute riot in the best possible way.
